- The laboratories in this department are provided with more than adequate machines and equipment. Laboratories of Electrical Machines, Power Electronics, Measurements/Instrumentation, Control Systems, Power System Simulation with high end systems and software.
- Like Anna University’s POWERLAB and MATLAB, are equipped to the teeth to enable students getting hands–on experience on the emerging technologies.
- The research activities are in control systems, instrumentation, power systems & power Electronics.
